Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Sudoku application (the "Service"), operated by Solvity s.r.o. ("Solvity", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Sudoku is a puzzle game provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The Service is intended for general audiences and can be used without creating an account.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service, use it for unlawful purposes, or infringe the rights of others. We may restrict access where these Terms are violated.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, puzzles, design, and branding, is the property of Solvity or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal use in accordance with these Terms.

5. Purchases

The Service may offer optional in-app purchases processed by the applicable app store (Apple or Google) under their terms. Where offered, pricing and terms are shown at the point of purchase, and consumer rights under EU law apply where relevant.

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Solvity does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Game progress is stored on your device, and you are responsible for any backups your platform provides.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvity shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

8. Changes to the Terms

Solvity may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable EU law. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
