Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Solvity s.r.o. ("Solvity", "we", "us") processes data in connection with the Sudoku application (the "Service"). Sudoku is designed to work without an account and to keep your gameplay on your device. This Policy explains the limited data that may be processed and the rights that apply under EU law.

2. Data We Process
- On-device data: your progress, settings, statistics, and saved games are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.
- Technical and diagnostic data: anonymous crash reports and basic performance data that help keep the app stable.
- Usage analytics (optional): aggregated, non-advertising analytics about how features are used, where enabled.
The Service does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, or contacts.
3. Purposes of Processing
- providing and operating the game
- diagnosing crashes and improving stability
- understanding, in aggregate, how the game is used so we can improve it
4. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
- Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): keeping the Service stable, secure, and improving it.
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): where required for optional analytics on your platform.
5. Processors
Where diagnostics or analytics are enabled, they may be provided by infrastructure and platform partners (for example Google Firebase, Apple, or Google), configured for EU data residency where available. Any data is transmitted over HTTPS.
6. Data Retention
On-device data remains until you delete it or uninstall the app. Diagnostic and analytics data follows the standard retention cycles of the underlying providers.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data where it applies. You can also clear on-device data at any time from within the app or by uninstalling it. Requests can be submitted via info@solvity.eu.
8. Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the Czech Republic, this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
9. Children
The Service is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. International Transfers
Where any processing occurs outside the EEA via subprocessors, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are relied upon.
11. Policy Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
