Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Falline application (the "Service"), operated by Solvity s.r.o. ("Solvity", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts
The Service is intended for users capable of entering into a legally binding agreement and is not directed at children. Where the Service offers accounts, you must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes, fraud, harassment, unauthorized access, malware distribution, infringement of rights, or any activity that disrupts the Service or harms others. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
4. Content and License
You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service and are solely responsible for it. Solvity grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
5. Purchases
Where the Service offers paid features or subscriptions, purchases are processed by the applicable app store (Apple or Google) under their terms. Pricing, billing cycles, renewals, and cancellations are shown at the point of purchase. Consumer withdrawal rights under EU law apply where relevant.
6. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Solvity does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, or permanent storage of data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is the property of Solvity or its licensors and is protected by applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvity shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.
9. Changes to the Terms
Solvity may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published within or alongside the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable EU law. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
