Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of Falline, an iOS application made by Solvity s.r.o. By downloading or using Falline you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The app
Falline records skiing metrics — speed, runs and vertical — on your iPhone using its location and motion sensors. We may update, add or remove features over time. We work to keep the app reliable but do not guarantee that it is error-free or always available.
Using the app
Falline is distributed through the Apple App Store, so your use is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including the standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. You need a compatible Apple device and must grant the location and motion permissions Falline needs to track. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Falline lawfully and not to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or attempt to disrupt the app, nor to use it in any way that infringes the rights of others.
Intellectual property
Falline — including its software, design and brand — belongs to Solvity s.r.o. and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted.
Safety
Falline is for informational and recreational use only. It is not a safety, navigation or avalanche device, and its measurements are estimates. Always ski within your ability, follow local rules, signage and patrol guidance, and stay aware of your surroundings. Do not interact with your phone in a way that distracts you while skiing. You are responsible for your own safety.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Falline is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Metrics such as speed, distance and vertical are estimates derived from device sensors and may be inaccurate. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Czech law, Solvity is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Falline. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence and mandatory consumer rights.
Changes & termination
We may change these Terms or the app. We will update the date shown above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know. You may stop using Falline at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your licence if you breach these Terms or where required by law.
Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Czech courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you may have.
