Overview
Solvity s.r.o. (“Solvity”, “we”) makes Falline, an iOS app that tracks your skiing — speed, runs and vertical. Falline is built privacy first: your activity is recorded and kept on your device, not on our servers. For any limited personal data we do handle, Solvity s.r.o. is the data controller.
We never sell your data and we don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking. If this policy changes, we update the date shown at the top of this page.
Information we collect
Falline is designed to keep your data with you:
- Activity and location data — while you track a session, Falline uses your device’s location and motion sensors to measure speed, runs and vertical. This activity data is stored on your device, and in your personal iCloud if you enable sync.
- Optional diagnostics — if you opt in, anonymous crash and performance data that helps us fix problems. You can turn this off.
- No account is required. We do not collect your name or email unless you choose to contact us for support.
How we use information
Location and motion data is used on your device to record and display your ski activity. Optional diagnostics, if enabled, are used only to improve the app’s reliability. Our legal bases are providing the app you asked for, and your consent for optional diagnostics.
Sharing and disclosure
Because your activity data stays on your device, we do not receive it and cannot share it. If you enable iCloud sync, that data is handled by Apple under Apple’s terms. Optional diagnostics are processed only in anonymous, aggregated form. We never sell personal data, and we disclose information only where required by law.
Data retention
Your activity data stays on your device until you delete it in the app or uninstall Falline. Any optional diagnostics are kept only as long as needed to investigate issues. If you email us for support, we keep that correspondence only as long as needed to help you.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. Because your activity data lives on your device under your control, you can view or delete it directly in the app at any time. For anything we hold, contact us using the details below. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
Cookies and tracking
Falline is a native iOS app: it does not use cookies, and it contains no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking SDKs. This website uses only the cookies strictly necessary to serve the page.
