Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Solvity s.r.o. ("Solvity", "we", "us") processes personal data in connection with the Falline application and related services (the "Service"). It explains what data is processed, for what purposes, on what legal bases, how long it is retained, and what rights apply under EU law.

Solvity determines the purposes and means of processing personal data required to operate the Service.
2. Categories of Personal Data
Depending on how you use the Service, the following categories of personal data may be processed:
- Account data: where accounts are offered, the email address used as a login identifier and any profile details you provide.
- Content data: information and materials you create or store within the Service.
- Technical and diagnostic data: device metadata, app version, IP address, crash reports, and operational logs used to maintain stability and security.
- Usage data: aggregated, non-advertising analytics used to understand how the Service is used and to improve it.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
- Contract (Article 6(1)(b)): providing the Service you request.
- Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): security, diagnostics, and improvement of the Service.
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): where required for optional analytics or communications.
- Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)): where retention or disclosure is required by law.
5. Processors and Infrastructure
The Service may rely on the following categories of processors, configured for EU data residency where available:
- Cloud hosting and backend infrastructure (e.g. Google Firebase)
- Crash reporting and analytics providers
- Platform providers for app distribution (Apple, Google)
Data is transmitted exclusively over HTTPS.
6. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to operate the Service or comply with legal obligations. Account and content data is deleted on account or data deletion, subject to a short residual period for backups. Logs follow standard retention cycles of the underlying providers.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability where applicable. Requests can be submitted via info@solvity.eu.
8. Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the Czech Republic, this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
9. Children
The Service is not directed at children, and no processing is intentionally targeted at minors.
10. Security
Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect personal data, including encrypted transmission, access controls, and least-privilege principles.
11. International Transfers
Data is primarily processed within the European Union. Where processing outside the EEA occurs via subprocessors, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are relied upon.
12. Policy Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
